Artist Statement:

I spend every May in Oak Island North Carolina. Stella is a rescue Egret who lives in the marsh and at the Sea Biscuit Bird Rescue. We look for her every time we walk to the beach. Our grandson who is 5 is obsessed with Stella.

Michelle Noah holds a BFA in Graphic Design with an emphasis in Printmaking and Painting. She co-founded Ninth Street Gallery ten years ago, which has since grown into Street Gallery, a cornerstone of the Bankhead Cultural Arts District in Historic Downtown Garland. Alongside her own artistic practice, she continues to champion local artists and community engagement.
